Curricula

Cardea staff can develop training designs and curricula to meet your organization's unique needs. Our learner-centered approach means that your staff and/or clients contribute to the development and evolution of the training, so that the content, terminology, and critical concepts are congruent with those of your organization. Through this process and with continued training and support, your training staff develops the capacity to effectively implement the training independently.

Training manuals/curricula that we have collaboratively developed for correctional facilities, college campuses, substance abuse treatment centers, and health and human service organizations have received outstanding reviews and continue to be a valuable resource for on-going training.

Some examples include:

  • Case Management with Teen Clients
  • Client Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Cultural Proficiency
  • Motivational Interviewing Concepts and Skills Supervisory Skills

We also assist local programs to tailor teen pregnancy prevention evidence-based interventions to various communities and populations, while maintaining fidelity to the program. Click here for one example.
