The Institute also includes:

- Small learning groups (Pods) are a special feature of the Institute. Participants meet in groups of 5-7 to reflect on the content of the presentations, discuss questions raised, share experiences, practice skills, give each other feedback and plan how they will apply what they have learned. Each group has a core staff facilitator who guides the group process.
