Organizational Development
Organizational development is a systems change process to improve a group or organization's effectiveness and viability. Cardea has worked with clinics and other health care delivery systems, coalitions and community groups, and nonprofit organizations to successfully carry out new initiatives, expand services, increase productivity and improve the quality of work life and staff morale. In each setting, we serve as change agents in facilitating client-centered, creative approaches to transforming organizations and promoting continuous quality improvement.
