Our company management team spans our three office locations, with a focus on building dynamic and expansive environments in which staff can work together to create the highest quality programs and products for our clients.
Our approach builds upon the relationships we have developed with an ever increasing group of diverse community-based organizations, public-sector health and social service agencies (including reproductive health, STD/HIV, adoption, maternity support, and maternal and infant care departments), and health care professional and public health associations. These long term relationships allow us to be more efficient in project start up, needs assessment and program implementation.
We also have a staff of well-known experts and experienced faculty and consultants skilled in developing, implementing and evaluating programs. Cardea offers a multicultural staff with proven program management skills. We are nationally recognized for our expertise in training/TA, research and evaluation, program planning, conference management and organizational assessment. Staff members operate from a public health perspective and have extensive experience working with organizations at the local, state, regional, and federal levels.
All of this work—from management oversight to project implementation and support—is aimed at one thing: meeting our mission to improve organizations' abilities to deliver accessible, high quality, culturally proficient, and compassionate services to their clients.
